My Notebook like a Turtle.......

Each of us were given a notebook upon joining the company, and it is a Dell notebook. I am using the Latitude D600 notebook. Not so bad as it looks quite new from outside. I never bother to check the specification of the notebook cause I thought it should be fine. When I started using tools that required heavy memory usage, I realized that the processing very very very slow, and I wonder why. So, I check the RAM and it is running on 256 RAM. I was like, "what the f**k...... no wonder so damn f**king slow la". I checked with my colleagues and most of them run on 512 RAM. Eh..... what is this, outside looks new, but only run on 256 RAM????
My notebook.... cool leh.......
So, I asked my supervisor,
Me: Can I increase my notebook from current 256 RAM?
Supervisor: Can, you can slot in as many RAM as possible provided you can take out the screw.
Me: Screw?
Supervisor: You turn the notebook upside down and look at the screw.
Me: :0 (Oh my f**king god, what happen to the screw?)
Supervisor: I 'screwed' and 'unscrewed' the screw very often, that's why the screw turn out like that.
Me: .......... (I got nothing to say)
Supervisor: You go to Lowyat and see if they can 'unscrew' or not
Me: Ok lo

How on earth this screw can turn out like tat????

So, I asked some of my frens if they know anybody that can take the screw out or not. Most of them said it is impossible unless they have this special tools. And the cost of taking out tat one freaking screw is like RM100++. You got to be kidding, right.

Anyway, lately we were required to do some research on some new tools, which involve even more memory usage. Basically the processing of the notebook took longer time than I think (which means I can take time to sleep or chat around or go yum cha). But it cannot be forever like that, so during our team meeting today, I request from my supervisor to call Dell and ask them to 'unscrew' the screw.

So, I called them and explained to them the situation. Somehow they are very confused, they cant really imagine it. They request me to send a photo of the screw to them so that necessary action can be taken. Well, it is evening already and I'm still have not receive any reply from them. Hopefully I can get some good news on Tuesday or else................. be patient lo, what can I do
