New screw...........Yahoooo....

Today the technical person from Dell came to replace the faulty screw for my notebook memory cover. That fellow said he will come after lunch, around 2 something. So, I went out for lunch earlier. But after came back lunch, I saw a Dell box on my table. They came earlier and they have fixed it. When I open the box, I was surprise to see the memory cover became something like this.........

Oh my god, how did the tehnician do it? I only want to replace the faulty screw, but how did he hacked it until the memory cover became a scrap metal? I really wonder.....

Anyway, they replaced it with a brand new one memory cover and a new screw, hehehehehe.

Can you see how shinning it is? That is because I didnt peel off the plastic cover. Oh well, I can look forward to upgrade my notebook RAM from 256 to 1 Gig, yeah................... Thank you to Dell for the efficiency. No wonder they are the No. 1 best services in the world, respect them.
