Chest Pain
Ankle breaking a.k.a basketball was so much fun for me for the past few days. But, accident do happen though.
It is a very physical game. Chances of getting a bang or a knock by your opponents and your own teammates are very common. Unless a person does go to gym most of the time, or play the game all the time where their bodies already building up the muscle, there is no way for a normal person that usually play badminton or bowling can take it. And that is what happened to me right now.
Last week, as normal, while playing the game, I received a hard bang on my chest. I squatted down for few seconds cause the pain is inressitible. But, after a while, I stand up and continue the game. A bit struggling due to the pain, but still managed to pick up the pace. In the end, the pain just walked off, probably because I was having so much fun.
The next morning when I woke up, I felt it again on my chest. And it was fucking pained. I tried to press around the chest, I do not feel anything. Sometimes when I try to stretch my arms to do some warming up, the pained is back again. Even once in a while I can feel the pain when I am in a relax mode. I wonder is it because of the old injury that I got before (I had a minor bone crack while playing futsal, exactly on the same spot, but luckily it's minimal according to the doctor), or because my body muscle cannot take it and now causing an internal injury? If the pain still persist, I might to seek doctor for consultation.
