PC Fair August 2006......

Went to PC Fair yesterday which was held at KLCC (Kuala Lumpur Convention Center) with my gaming cum gadget nuts cum badminton cum my old mates (LOL). I think the last time I went to PC Fair was 2 years back, or more. The PC fair was still held at PWTC at that time. Only recently the PC fair was move to KLCC (or was last year, no idea). Anyway the PC fair was so huge that to walk from the entrance to the exit was 925 meters. That is like almost a kilometer. And they separated it into 5 different halls, notebook section, audio & speaker section, branded section (like LG, Creative, Samsung, Sony and bla bla bla) and last 2 sections more like a non-branded section.

Anyway, we didnt went to notebook section, so just bypass it. We stopped at audio and speaker section. Well, was looking around trying to look for a portable speaker. Not much choice beside Creative, Edifier and Sonic Gear (I think). Sonic Gear portable speaker totally out cause when turn the volume to max, the speaker like going to explode. Tried Creative, solid kau kau and quality of the sound damn chun, no doubt about it. Price also damn chun, RM289. Then tried out Edifier, not bad although not as solid as Creative, but quality of the sound, acceptable la, and they sell it for RM99. Was a bit itchy, but end up I took times to think about it, so continue our journey to next section.

The next section, I tell you, it is an eye catching. Too many hot and sexy chun chicks around (which we called it branded chick). I think most guys eye will concentrate on those hot chicks than the gadget itself, especially if pass by LG and Sony booth. They are tall, pretty, sweet smile, chun body figure. Nothing to complain about the physical, no 100% also got 80% la. Just like the song "Don't Cha" from PussyCat Dolls - 'Don't Cha you wish your girlfriend as hot like me'. Imagine you have such a hot gf, wow... life sure going to be exciting, LOL. Too bad didnt get the chance to take a picture with them, so pretty jam inside, grrr............... I wonder those ppl are like us, looking at those hot chicks more than looking at the gadget, hehehehehhe...................

Next section, non-branded section. Actually what I meant by non-branded section as in most of the booth operatese by PC shops from Lowyat or bla bla bla that sell all kinds of things. Well, I called this section, non-branded chick cause they are a lot of hot chick too, hehehehhe. Anyway, this section super cramp and jam, worse than previous section. So, we just passed by try to go to the store that they want to see to get their stuff, while I'm still thinking, should I get the portable speaker or web cam, hmmm............

After much eye-exercising (looking at girls), we are at the exit of the hall. So tiring, and I'm still thinking.... headache......... Finally, I decided to go for portable speaker. So, I went back to the entrance again cause it is a Jalan Sehala (One way street), KNS........ I have to walk for another 925 meters again, wonder how many calories did I burn after that, hehehehe..... Rush to audio & speaker section, after much talking and asking for discount, finally decided to go forEdifier. And the sales told me, "Sorry sir, out of stock..........." Oh my god, you got to be kidding me, are you, I run like a mad dog just to get the speaker and you telling me no stock, you ^@#$. Walk away sadly, thought of want to get Creative but too expensive, not worth it..........

So walk towards the exit (should have stop by at Sony and LG booth to get the number from the hot chicks, but in a hurry, grrr......) and survey around see any good web cam or not. Those good web cam cause around RM300++ and some RM500++. Siao. Saw a USB mini hub, bought it for RM29. I need one anyway, cause my notebook only got two USB ports. Then bought a web cam by Genius for RM125. Oh well, that's is for my shopping spree at PC fair........

In the end of the day, quite happy accept one thing, didnt get the chance to take photo with those hot chicks...... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO................. how can it be.................. grrr................. forget it, tried out my web cam and let's start video conference, heheheheheh.......
