Kolo Mee
Actually there is a store at Bangsar that sell this food, but 'tutup kedai' already I think. That is the closest to the authentic 'Kolo' mee from Kuching. Those so called 'Sarawak' mee is totally out. The raw mee is almost the same, but the cooking style is similar to 'Wantan' mee, accept no black soya sauce. And they serve the mee with green chilli while 'Kolo' mee usually serve it will red chilli. Hmm... it taste so weird. I wonder why they called it 'Sarawak' mee. Is it because the mee is from Sarawak?
Actually they are 5 packets, but I 'sapu' 1 already, cannot tahan liao

Heat it up to make it hot
Anyway, I had 'Kolo' mee for my dinner yesterday. Usually I eat very little, little as in half rice and 3 veges, no meat, and an apple if hungry at night cause I'm trying to reduce weight and to keep fit. But for the sake of the food, I had 3 packets last night. I have to admit that it is oily, but it is just so tempting that I cannot resist it. Yum yum.....

Shhhh................

Mmmm..... yum yum........'ho ciak' hehehe
The only thing missing is my dad didnt ask them to put 'char siew' sauce which will make it even more tasty. If you have 'char siew' sauce on top of it, the color of the mee will be in red/pink in color. Weird leh.
I still have 2 packets left in the fridge. Will have it as my dinner or supper tonite after my squash session, hehehe.
PS: Do you know what is the heaviest food in the world??? It's 'Wantan' Mee. Why? Make a guess. Hehehehe, those from NCC8 will know why.
